先前在Google I/O 2013所提到的Google Play Games服務，隨著Android 4.3發表後也正式釋出更新，目前在新版Google Play介面中也能看見整合此項服務，並且與Google+好友圈整合排行榜，以及遊戲成就等系統。

根據Google在公佈Android 4.3更新版本後，隨即也宣布將針對Google Play介面釋出先前在Google I/O 2013所提到的Google Play Games服務，並且與Google+好友列表整合排行榜競爭列表，同時也能觀看好友近期遊玩遊戲、名次與解除成就內容等。

另外，先前在Google I/O 2013期間說明的雲端遊戲進度儲存、多人連線遊玩功能也都會導入新版Google Play更新。至於針對平板所設計的遊戲或內容，在新版Google Play也會特別拉出獨立區塊凸顯呈現。

至於配合此次推出的新款Nexus 7採用高解析度設計，Google也將與包含Gameloft、Ubisoft等遊戲廠商合作，將於Google Play陸續推出畫質強化版本的《狂野賽車8：空降 (Asphalt 8:Airborne)》、《激流快艇2 (Riptide GP2)》與《波斯王子：影與火 (Prince of Persia:The Shadow and the Flame)》，預計將於8月間陸續釋出。
