埃及紅色旅遊警示 旅遊團扣除必要費用後退費

【陳如嬌／台北報導】外交部今天起將埃及的旅遊警示燈號自「橙色」(高度小心，避免非必要旅行)調升為「紅色」(不宜前往)，建議國人近期不宜前往埃及商旅。觀光局表示，目前在埃及的旅遊團約有7團186人，另後續原規劃9月底前前往埃及的旅客約37團、800人。
觀光局經與消保處、旅行商業同業公會全國聯合會及旅行業品質保障協會，商定前往埃及的旅遊團解約退費處理原則，依國外旅遊定型化契約書第28條規定辦理，即旅行社將已代繳的規費或履行本契約已支付的全部必要費用扣除後，餘款退還旅客。除解約取消行程，旅客如欲延後行程或轉團者，可以洽商旅行社辦理，以減少雙方損失。
