【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】手術過程有如電影《阿凡達》情節重現？彰化1名58歲許姓婦人因腰痛到診所檢查，竟發現腎臟有顆10公分大的腫瘤，醫院確診為腎血管肌肉脂肪瘤，因腫瘤有10公分大，傳統手術切除可能留下近30公分疤痕。

彰化基督教醫院以達文西機械手臂手術，透過3D立體影像系統精準對位，只在腹部開幾個小洞，就成功把腫瘤完全清除。許女身上最大傷口只有2公分，術後很快就復原出院。

彰基泌尿外科醫師王百孚說，達文西手術機械手臂動作與醫師動作同步，就像電影阿凡達一樣隔空操控，不用真正拿手術刀，也能動手術縫合傷口，如果發生像打噴嚏 的突發狀況，機械手臂不會跟著震動，術後傷口小、出血少、復原快，醫生操作不需再訓練，但須自費，視手術類型各有不同。約需10多萬元。
