大概最後選擇就是如下吧，其實去哪心裡大概有個底了 大概分享給各位 另外學長說我們沒進大公司的機會，但實際上找起來我覺得還很多大公司 有接到面試通知的大公司有 HTC、久元、緯穎、緯創、和碩、力晶、環鴻 華擎、 不過職務真的什麼都有…產品工程師、硬體、製程整合、Power…… 公司 力晶 久元電子 和碩BU5 _____________________________________________ 職位 TD製程整合 系統應用 主機板power 部門 TD 研發 ATE系統應用 BU5 (硬體開發部) 待遇 N*14 (N-3)*12 (N-2.5)*14 福利 有賺有分紅 我想不到 聽說很好 中午吃飯只要22 有加班費 地點 竹科 竹科 台北關渡 住處 租屋 租屋 租 輪班 有值班跟小夜 有責任制加班 9進9出 優點 有加班費 IC設計自動測試機台 大公司 制度好 有前景 下班時間 1730~1830 1930 2100 N就台積碩士價 1.力晶面試的副理人非常客氣非常好，通知錄取也非常快。 感覺加班那些很人性化，公司制度也很好，該給的都會給。 2.久元依舊是什麼都問不到，有無保14、有無分紅、分到大概什麼程度都不知道。 唯一安慰的是，offer上面是寫 高級工程師。 面試時有提到獎金很多，故我猜測應該是以案件量算分紅。 3.和碩很操，在公司時間很長，感覺沒有自己的空間。可能這幾天就會先告知不去了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.125.35.43
