玻總統可回國 西允開放領空

西班牙政府1名發言人今天(3日)說，西國政府准許玻利維亞總統莫拉萊斯(Evo Morales)的專機，飛越西國領空。

西國外交部發言人說：「玻國政府再一次要求飛越領空及停機加油。西國政府在上午9時30分(台灣時間下午3時30分)，批准玻國政府的要求。」

由於法國和葡萄牙懷疑美國國家安全局(NSA)承包公司前雇員史諾登(Edward Snowden)，在俄國機場搭上莫拉萊斯的專機，一起離開俄國轉往玻利維亞，因此法、葡兩國都拒絕讓飛機越過領空，使得飛機不得不迫降在奧地利首都維也納機場。

莫拉萊斯的座機先前轉降維也納後，西國政府要求莫拉萊斯的座機降落馬德里時，讓西國人員登機檢查，才准莫拉萊斯的座機飛越領空，但是遭到拒絕。

如今西國政府同意開放領空後，莫拉萊斯可以順利回國。
