【張菱育／台北報導】捷運末端站是購屋預算有限的民眾另一項選擇，且未來捷運3環3線陸續通車後，將從最末站升為中段站，根據房仲業者觀察，土城區捷運頂埔站、中和區南勢角站、新莊區迴龍站等捷運末端站，近3年房價平均漲幅25~97%，以南勢角站漲97%最多。

根據全國不動產統計，捷運末端站近3年中古大樓及公寓漲幅，其中南勢角站中古大樓從2011年的每坪16~18萬元，漲至現在的30~35萬元；公寓則從每坪12~14萬元，漲至每坪25~28萬元，3年平均漲幅高達97%。頂埔站中古大樓從2011年的每坪15~19萬元，漲至現在的每坪22~28萬元；公寓從每坪12~18萬元，漲至現在每坪17~23萬元，3年平均漲幅有31%。
