雙北市第2季新屋房價再漲約5%

【吳苡辰／台北報導】根據《住展》雜誌統計，台北市第2季新推案每坪成交價85.2萬元，較第1季增漲5.5%，除了萬華區與南港區2區房價小幅下修外，其他行政區持續增漲，又以北投區每坪68.8萬元，漲幅10%最大。
 
新北市第2季新推案每坪成交價40.3萬元，季增幅4.9%，房價最高者為板橋區每坪58.1萬元，增幅最大為鶯歌區每坪22.9萬元，增漲11.7%。《住展》雜誌分析，通膨壓力大，但房地產相對抗值，促房價漲。
