政府基金委外代操獲利不如定存　近10年僅獲利20億

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，政府四大基金委外操作國內權益證券金額龐大，去年底高達4909億元，但代操績效甚差，無論1年、3年、5年、10年期的年度報酬率，竟全部劣於自行運用，又中長期委外代操的報酬率，在絕大多數年度，都不如一年期定存利率，相對於各政府基金自行運用，近10年出售收益計1115億元，委外代操卻僅獲利20億元。

監院今糾正勞委會、勞工退休基金監理會、勞工保險局、內政部、中華郵政股份有限公司，並要求各基金的主管機關應檢討委外代操績效欠佳的原因，並謀求改善對策。
