房地美(Freddie Mac)周三(3日)在其週報中表示，在近來觸及近2年最高水位之後，今日為止1周的30年固定房貸平均利率自上周的4.46%下降至4.29%。

房地美(Freddie Mac)周三(3日)在其週報中表示，在近來觸及近2年最高水位之後，今日為止1周的30年固定房貸平均利率自上周的4.46%下降至4.29%。

4.46%則是自前(2011)年7月以來最高水準。

房地美的首席經濟學家表示：「固定房貸利率在當周假期期間走跌，因市場對於美國聯準會(Fed)自購債行動中撤離的憂慮情緒稍獲緩解。」

包含近期跌勢在內，30年固定房貸利率自5月初已增加近1個百分點，而部分人士則擔心會影響到消費者，即便根據歷史標準利率仍處於比較低的水位，經濟學家也預期今(2013)年房市將持續反彈。

15年固定房貸平均利率也從上周的3.4%下降至3.39%。

1年期公債指數混合變率型抵押貸款(ARM)平均利率仍為2.66%。

5年期公債指數ARM則由上周的3.08%走升至3.1%。
