服貿協議衝擊 林中森：政府可當產業靠山

【徐珮君／台北報導】「兩岸服貿協議」引發部分產業疑慮，海基會董事長林中森下午表示，協議是整體的，有取有給，如果立法院逐條審議，修正其中一項條文，就必須重啟談判，但他相信立委都有智慧，會思考國家人民整體利益，有信心立法院會通過；政府各部門也會努力溝通，「如果連立委都說服不了，怎麼說服對岸？」
 
林中森也對產業界信心喊話，強調服務業是台灣的強項，如產業受衝擊，政府有952億元損害救濟基金可予以補助，兩岸也可啟動緊急磋商機制因應，「政府有完整的配套可當產業的靠山！」
