被形容「和藹笑容帶多層次苦味」張盛和說＿＿

柯文哲競選團隊「網路軍師」、昨天應邀到行政院替內閣上課的戴季全在臉書PO文，指財長張盛和「神情和藹笑容中帶著深層的多層次苦味」，張盛和今回應，戴季全講得很好，對他形容自己沒有評論，只笑說：「可見戴對我有印象！」
 
戴季全臉書寫「就每一位我各別接觸的部會首長，我對他們的印象幾乎全都改觀。張盛和真的憂心稅改，神情和藹笑容中帶著深層的多層次苦味，包括苦惱苦心苦楚，看起來像是背著一顆無形的定時炸彈，滴答作響。」業界聽聞莞爾一笑，稱是「神形容」。（林巧雁／台北報導）
