底特律活塞自從與Josh Smith「切割」後戰績長紅，連主控Brandon Jennings表現都「升等」，但25日卻傳出不幸消息。

活塞今天出戰密爾瓦基公鹿，Jennings第3節尾聲防守時扭傷左腳踝，他像是觸電般地倒地痛苦掙扎，賽後《雅虎運動》透露他傷勢嚴重，非常可能是阿基里斯腱撕裂。

去年12月23日，活塞宣布揮棄Smith，之後立刻拉出7連勝，近8場比賽也贏了5場，戰績17勝27負只落後東區老八夏洛特黃蜂1場半勝差。

活塞的好戰績，跟Jennings絕對脫不了干係，他本季前25場比賽，平均12.6分、6.4助攻，命中率36.8%，甩掉Smith後的近15場比賽，平均20分、7.2助攻，命中率44%。

雖然傷勢未卜，Jennings先在Twitter向隊友信心喊話，「對某些人而言，這是個好機會跳出來幫助球隊，讓我們繼續向前衝吧，兄弟們。」

此役活塞86：101不敵公鹿，Jennings留下16分、4助攻。
