以巴遭調查是否涉及戰爭罪

（路透阿姆斯特丹16日電）國際刑事法院（ICC）今天對巴勒斯坦領土上可能涉及的戰爭罪行展開調查，以色列人或巴勒斯坦人都可能受指控。

巴勒斯坦將於4月1日加入國際刑事法院，為巴勒斯坦向國際刑事法院控告以色列犯下戰爭罪和違反人道罪行開啟大門。

但國際刑事法院成員身分，也可能讓巴勒斯坦人為在加薩走廊活動的好戰組織朝以色列發動火箭攻擊遭起訴。

ICC展開的最初調查，可能導致以色列為近期的加薩戰爭或占領約旦河西岸47年面臨戰爭罪指控。以色列也曾在1967年至2005年占領加薩，而巴勒斯坦人尋求在上述兩地取得國家地位。中央社（翻譯）
