【壹週刊】法規限制多　民宿難拚觀光

我在國外工作多年，原本從事進出口服裝、櫥窗展櫃設計生意，但內心總想回故鄉落地生根。所以，十五年前，我回到九份老家，應用自己的設計專長打造民宿，不僅 保留日據時代的舊式建築，還能享受九份以及鄰近的金瓜石山城美景。不過，國內民宿法規不合時宜，讓我很受挫。根據《民宿管理辦法》第五條，民宿的設置地 區，限制在風景特定區、觀光地區、國家公園區、原住民地區、偏遠地區、離島地區、休閒農場或休閒農業區、金門特定區計劃自然村或非都市土地，否則就屬違 法。若被查出，將處以三萬到十五萬元罰鍰......點我免費看全文
