日天皇慶祝81歲生日　提及二戰後責任

日本明仁天皇今天慶祝81歲生日，他和皇室成員於皇居宮殿接受來自各地的民眾祝賀。明仁在記者會上特別提到第二次世界大戰後，日本所需負起的責任。

據日本共同社報導，明仁天皇在記者會上表示，明年為二戰結束70周年，犧牲了310萬人的性命。他說：「為了不讓已經去世的人白白犧牲，我們將繼續努力把日本建設得更美好。這不僅是作為戰爭存活世代的應盡義務，也是對未來的責任。」（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
