榮化為強化經營　不再設總經理

高雄氣爆案，榮化 (1704) 董事長李謀偉等人被起訴，後續恐將面臨民事賠償。榮化位於高雄小港土地與廠房求售，中鋼 (2002) 今天召開董事會，決議以9.37億元接手，並規劃為生產乙醇廠。
 
而該公司今發重訊表示，董事長李謀偉辭任總經理一職，而為完善及強化經營績效，本公司將成立經營委員會，不再設總經理一職。(周義朗／台北報導)
