北韓生活如煉獄　女遭性侵懷孕、烹嬰餵狗

聯合國安理會今日正式把北韓人權問題列入議程，美國駐聯合國大使鮑爾(Samantha Power)就形容在北韓生活猶如「活在夢魘」，更在會上透露更多脫北者的苦況。

據《美國之音》報導，安理會15個成員國今把北韓人權問題列入議程進行投票，雖然中國和俄羅斯投反對票，但由於程序投票(procedural vote)無否決權，因此議案最後順利通過。鮑爾在會上講述脫北者的苦況，聲稱有勞改營的獄卒目睹同僚性侵囚犯，其中一名女子更因此懷孕，據悉該名受害人產下嬰兒後，獄卒把嬰兒烹煮，並將屍體餵狗。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
