基隆巿土銀大樓公廁男女共用，有女巿民向平面媒體投訴，指上廁所時被陌生男子盯著看感覺很不自在，還有一女說：「感覺沒有隱私，害她尿不出來。」

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，有女子表示，進廁所後準備關上隔間門，發現走道上有陌生男子緊盯著她看，後來他走到隔壁間使用發出的聲音，讓她很不自在。出來後到洗手台洗手，男子就緊貼著她等在一旁「旁邊有人一直看，實在很奇怪」。

大樓管理中心表示，因增設身障者專用廁所，才改成男女共用，但每個人使用獨立空間，應沒有問題。（張鈜閔／綜合報導）
