美研究：速食吃得越多 成績越差

美國一項研究發現，速食吃得越多，孩子的成績越差。

美國俄亥俄大學研究人員分析了，八千五百份美國十歲孩童吃速食的頻率和他們在校成績的關係。

這些孩子裡有五成二，調查前一個星期吃過一到三次速食，一成吃過四到六次，天天吃的也有一成。

再比較他們的成績，天天吃速食的孩子科學平均考七十九分，一次都沒吃的考八十三分。這些學生的閱讀和數學成績的差別也相距不遠。

研究人員研判，速食缺鐵以及糖份高、脂肪高，延緩了腦部開發，所以，常吃的學童成績較差。
