前總統陳水扁擴大醫療小組今天將首度齊赴台中監獄，鑑定他的病情是否符合保外就醫條件。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，該次鑑定被視為扁入獄以來，能否踏出監獄的最關鍵會議。扁的兒子陳致中昨直言，若法務部真的尊重醫療專業的話，父親的保外就醫，就剩時間先後的問題。

陳致中說，日前法務部長羅瑩雪主動召開記者會時，外界就在傳說有可能會當場宣布要讓扁保外就醫，結果母親聽了不敢置信地說「這個不能信，都是假的啦！」儘管她仍不抱太大希望，仍經常向家人透露心聲說，「現在只求能讓阿扁活著回來就好」。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
