台中市長當選人林佳龍昨透過競選總部發言人卓冠廷表示，新市府人事案最快在一周後作完整的宣佈，目前也沒徵詢現任局處首長或副市長，本周不會宣佈任何人事案。林佳龍本周幾乎不參加公開活動，致力出一盤人事好料。競選總部發言人卓冠廷說，「用人唯才、不分黨派」，卓冠廷說，這是林佳龍人事的八字真言。只要各界人才，都會列入評估。
