台北市三軍總醫院松山分院頂樓，1日下午被人發現一具白骨，警方到場後懷疑死者可能是失蹤半年多的李姓男子，但陳屍地點平常未開放，警方還要進一步調查死因，並做DNA比對。

根據《自由時報》報導，1日下午工人用梯子攀爬上醫院頂樓，打算進行避雷針檢修工程時，赫然在避雷針下方看見一具白骨，工人嚇得趕緊報案。

警方獲報之後趕到現場，懷疑死者是一名失蹤半年多，擁有竊盜、毒品前科的李姓男子，李男失蹤前曾向母親留下字條，表示「不想給家裡增加負擔」。

因死者陳屍地點平常沒有開放，而且必須要有梯子才能攀爬上去，所以死者的死因及如何爬上頂樓，都還要進一步調查，警方也將採集死者DNA做比對。
