中國不給力　世銀砍東亞成長率

中國成長趨緩，加上全球面臨貨幣環境緊縮，世界銀行（World Bank，世銀）今將東亞新興經濟體今、明年成長目標，由原估7.1%一併下修至6.9%，其中，中國今年預估成長率由7.6%降至7.4%，明年更由7.5%降至7.2%。
 
若剔除中國，開發中東亞經濟體明年成長率可望由今年的4.8%加速至5.3%，因富裕經濟體復甦有助推升東亞出口，加上東南亞大國國內經濟改革有斬獲。
 
上月公布的數據顯示中國工業生產擴張速度創全球金融海嘯來最慢，投資及零售銷售成長均趨緩，凸顯經濟有進一步減速之虞。
 
各國表現參差，拜上半年出口強勁之賜，馬來西亞今年成長目標由4.9%大幅調升至5.7%，泰國今年成長率則由原估3%砍半至1.5%。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
