被指當門神　羅淑蕾請辭千附獨董！

因擔任千附（8383）獨立董事，屢遭外界質疑是門神，國民黨立委羅淑蕾今天辭任千附獨董。千附今天傍晚公布，公司獨董且為現任立委的羅淑蕾，為避免參選人的不實言論，影響千附的正常營運及聲譽，宣布辭任千附獨董。

千附表示，公司董事會設有7席董事，其中有3席為獨董，羅淑蕾辭任後，公司尚有2席獨董且具備財務會計專長，並不會影響公司運作，千附並強調，羅在2011年擔任公司獨董後，以會計師專業強調公司治理，重視董事會對股東責任及獨董對董事會的監督職責，對公司治理的強化及提供助益極大。

千附表示，今天接獨羅淑蕾的辭職信，生效日期亦從今日開始。（財經中心／台北報導）
