中國安邦保險花595億　買希爾頓紐約飯店

希爾頓全球酒店集團（Hilton Worldwide Holdings）今天宣佈，將旗下位於紐約曼哈頓的阿斯托里亞華爾道夫飯店（The Waldorf Astoria New York）以19.5億美元（台幣595億）的價格出售給中國安邦保險集團。
 
根據雙方協議，安邦保險同意讓希爾頓集團在未來100年繼續經營華爾道夫酒店，而華爾道夫酒店也將進行一次大規模的翻修。
 
希爾頓表示，將利用這筆收入收購美國的其他飯店，將會在不久後宣布。希爾頓股價今早盤上漲逾1.2%。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
