家暴毆妻　賠300萬換緩刑

台北市一名49歲賴姓男子去年6月與林姓妻子爭吵，將林女的左肩及左肘打到瘀青，林女控告丈夫傷害，丈夫到案後坦承犯行，並同意賠償妻子300萬元，台北地院今依家暴傷害罪判賴男3個月徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元、緩刑2年確定。

判決指出，林女指控丈夫已經不是第一次對她施暴，去年6月打她時，還將她的衣物丟到陽台上，請求法官重判，賴男二審出庭時，同意賠償妻子300萬元，獲判緩刑2年。（劉志原╱台北報導）
