張顯耀案 台聯要求馬國情報告

陸委會前副主委張顯耀涉嫌洩密案延燒多日，台聯黨團昨要求總統馬英九應該在新會期赴立法院國情報告；國民黨團書記長費鴻泰表示，國民黨團不同意，因為國情報告不能針對特定議題。

台聯黨團總召賴振昌表示，依據憲法增修條文，立法院每年集會時，得聽取總統國情報告；加上馬也是張顯耀案關係人，應該向國人清楚說明來龍去脈。

台聯將在黨團協商中提出訴求，否則不排除拒簽朝野協商結論。

費鴻泰表示，邀總統國情報告特定議題，不符憲政體制；台聯黨團可透過合法程序邀行政院長報告，但邀總統國情報告不可針對特定議題。
