陸證實 南海測得高產油氣流

陸媒中新社今天報導，中國海洋石油總公司相關部門證實，981鑽井平台近日在南海北部深水區測得高產油氣流，是「大陸海域」自營深水探勘第一個重大油氣發現。

報導指出，這個高產油氣流在南海北部深水區陵水17-2-1井發現的，陵水17-2距海南島約150公里，平均作業水深1500公尺。

海洋石油981之前在南海展開鑽探作業，使越南和大陸在南海主權爭端更加激烈，甚至一度惡化雙方關係，而美國7月呼籲南海爭端各方，不改變南海的地形地貌、不採取針對他國的單邊行動，明顯針對探油等大陸意圖改變區域現狀的連串舉動而來。

美方拋出這些「建議」不到1週，中海油7月15日就宣布「海洋石油981」撤離南海海域，撤離動機引起外界質疑。
