復興航空723空難造成澎湖西溪村數十戶民宅受損，至今未協商理賠，澎湖縣政府秘書長劉丁乾促復航半個月內出面協調理賠。

澎湖縣府29日與西溪村里民座談，聽取居民要求復興航空應負責的理賠項目與內容，居民情緒激動表達對復航的不滿。

劉丁乾於座談會後做成數點結論，促復興航空於半個月內由總經理層級的代表出面與村民協商，並提出具體賠償方案；他也允諾縣府會加速發放各界捐助善款給受災戶慰助金。

劉丁乾說，西溪村於空難時有19戶民宅受損，不過，災民陸續反映房屋龜裂，他促居民儘速提出並通報查估，以爭取理賠；居民要求公廟也應一併整建、連續舉辦十年法會、給予西溪村居民精神撫慰賠償、成立基金予西溪村回饋。

他表示，空難事件已逾1個月，西溪村居民希望恢復正常生活，受損房子應該趕快修復，盼復興航空半個月內提出完整具體的賠償方案，與居民對話。(中央社)
