蘋果日報-南科華亞科 Q1大賺173億
台塑集團旗下華亞科（3474）、南科（2408）昨日公布首季財報，華亞科稅後純益112.46億元，再創歷史新高，南科稅後純益61.21億元，創7年多新高，2家公司共獲利173.67億元，優於預期。由於淨值快速提升，華亞科將在5月下旬恢復信用交易，南科則預計年底脫離全額交割行列。

經濟日報-張金鶚揚言 「2年讓房市消風」
財政部長張盛和與台北市副市長張金鶚昨天會面，共商打房大計，「雙張會」達成五大共識，將合作拉升「囤房稅」（非自住的房屋稅率）、台北市三千六百戶豪宅優先採實價課所得稅、出租餘屋供弱勢居住者提供減稅獎勵；將透過加速國有土地活化、老舊房屋都更，增加供給以平抑房價。

工商時報-2年內讓房價跌3成
平抑高房價，台北市要當領頭羊。台北市副市長張金鶚昨（22）日表示，在調高不動產持有稅方面「我是玩真的！」他強調，只要政府總動員，在2年內讓房價消風3成，讓房價所得比降至10倍，絕對可以期待。
