億元潛盾機　打通環狀線

捷運環狀線第一階段預計二○一六年完工，唯一的地下段潛盾隧道昨天動工，造價上億元的「大地鼠」潛盾機現身，預計以一天最多五公尺速度，打通新店建國路通往大坪林站的卵礫石層，開出兩條捷運車廂隧道。不過民進黨市議員質疑工程進度「美化」，批新北市長朱立倫三環三線根本是紙上兌現。

捷運環狀線第一階段潛盾隧道工程，昨天舉辦開工祈福儀式典禮，造價上億元的潛盾機現身，高度超過兩層樓相當壯觀。交通局表示，潛盾機委由日本製造，每台單價上億元，兩台潛盾機分別鑽掘左右兩個隧道，以每天最多五公尺速度推進卵礫層，工程總長度達五百三十公尺，須準確聯通捷運大坪林站下方預留空間，估計明年四月貫穿完畢。（曾佳俊╱新北報導）
