天橋底下來play 談學運對台灣的影響

太陽花學運滿一周年，近半數肯定學運為台灣社會帶來正面影響，認為學運過後，社會上更重視年輕世代的聲音，回顧一年前的這場學運，對台灣帶來的正負面影響有哪些？

台北市長柯文哲認為，從歷史眼光來看318太陽花學運，激發出公民意識的覺醒，特別是年輕一代開始關心政治，但公民意識跟年輕一代關心政治，有因為學運而更成熟嗎？新一代的政治人物竄起，又會對台灣政治情勢起什麼作用？太陽花學運成員今天也提出了訴求，包括補正公投法，以及修改選罷法，用意是甚麼？現行的法條有什麼缺陷嗎？為什麼需要修正？
