小賊連偷3破車　判拘55天

路許多民眾認為自己的車較老舊，或認為沒有小偷會偷，就懶得或忘記上鎖。彰化縣一名臨時工宋瑞祥（男，有竊盜前科）在去年3、4月間，連續偷竊3部未上鎖車輛車內零錢，雖僅得手共320元，法官判三罪各處拘役55日，應執行120日得易科罰金。

判決書指出，宋男去年3月10日、3月16日、4月10日搜刮3部停在鹿港、福興地區空地位上鎖的車輛車內零錢，分別得手100元、60元、160元，宋嫌卻因為另起竊盜案件被逮後，向警方主動坦承還偷了3部車

。 法官認為宋男不思正途謀取財物，有多次竊盜前科仍不知悔改，缺乏法治觀念；但其犯後坦承犯行，考量其動機、目的、竊取財物價值，以及其以臨時工月收入僅約1萬元，判處120日拘役。警方也建議，車輛還是上鎖，避免不必要的損失。 （鄧惠珍╱彰化報導）
