切子宮賺補助　教授：放寬年齡恐成亂象

【張博亭／台北報導】高雄醫學大學婦產科教授鄭丞傑表示，現景氣不佳，確實曾碰過家境不好，想藉由割掉子宮來領補助的患者，這些患者本身有子宮肌瘤，但不至於到需開刀的程度，可是患者到院後卻一直問醫師能不能切掉子宮，一問之下才發現是家境不好，想領取補助，鄭丞傑表示，有醫德的醫師大多不會同意。

鄭丞傑指出，40歲以上女性，有4成會長子宮肌瘤，主要是子宮上的雌激素接受體較敏感，受到雌激素刺激，產生增大的情況，肌瘤若腫大，會壓迫膀胱造成頻尿，以及造成月經來大量出血，但女性一旦停經後，子宮肌瘤就可能會自行萎縮，現行勞保生育失能給付的年齡限制，年滿45歲即喪失請領資格，他並不贊成放寬生育失能給付的年齡，因為45歲其實已幾乎失去生育能力，如果將年齡放寬，恐造成「切子宮賺一筆」的亂象越來越增加。
