新壽賣高雄旗山土地　底標不超過5億元

【黃國棟／台北報導】新光人壽今日召開董事會宣布，要出售高雄旗山的土地，底標不超過5億元，但也同時要加碼投資台北市不動產，新光金控副總經理徐順鋆表示，要投資購買的標的屬精華地段的不動產，須待買賣雙方簽訂契約，且公司董事會通過後，才能對外公告。據了解，投資金額至少數十億元以上，甚至上看百億元。

至於要出售的高雄旗山的土地，新光人壽主管透露，這塊位於旗山的土地，早年曾是國片《養鴨人家》的拍攝地點，屬於風景區，但近年來已荒廢，因此今天的董事會也決議出售。新壽表示，出售的底標不會超過5億元，希望能在今年Q1之前完成標售。
