涉侵占等罪 卓柏源弟重判9年

彰化縣長卓伯源胞弟卓伯仲與十五名官商，涉及縣府環保袋採購弊案，圖利特定廠商遭彰化地檢署依圖利、侵佔等罪嫌提起公訴，全案經彰化地院合議庭法官審理後，一審，圖利部分雖獲判無罪，但院方確認定卓伯仲觸犯了「侵占」與「使公務人員」登載不實等罪責，重判卓伯仲九年有期徒刑，全案還可提起上訴。

起訴書中指出，卓伯仲涉嫌把縣府當成自家企業經營，濫用經費採購環保袋、杯組、碗組、百花盤與月曆等贈品，印上署名卓伯源的題詩等贈品，涉嫌圖利特定廠商近四千九百多萬元，並涉嫌侵占2012總統大選「馬吳彰化競選總部」高達兩千三百多萬經費，檢方以圖利、侵占等罪嫌提起公訴，並要求院方從重量刑。
