ECFA涉貨品租稅　依法不准公投

【劉昌松／台北報導】台聯黨主席黃昆輝不滿提案公投ECFA遭駁回，打行政訴訟救濟，但台北高等行政法院審理認為，ECFA的內容涉及逐步減少或消除貨品貿易關稅障礙，屬於《公投法》中禁止公投的事項，中選會依公投審議委會員決議，駁回ECFA公投案有理，因此判決黃昆輝敗訴。黃還可上訴。
