情趣業者遭控賣假壯陽藥 無罪

高雄市蔡姓情趣商店業者，遭藥商市場調查人員釣出賣4顆偽造威而鋼，被高雄地院依藥事法判刑3月；檢方認為判太輕而上訴。智慧財產法院審後認為，蔡否認賣偽藥，送驗的威而鋼雖是偽造，但吳並未錄音錄影，難以證明這4顆威而鋼是蔡所販賣，今天判蔡無罪。
