【陳方瑩／南投報導】「小老百姓對抗大鯨魚，終於還我公道！」，南投縣水里鄉民徐國超，2年前搬到明潭發電廠對面，一直飽受電廠噪音所苦，晚上機械發出的音頻，更是讓人夜夜難眠，向台電、經濟部甚至總統府陳情未果，1年前開始向南投縣環保局檢舉，但5次測量都合格，令他無法接受，直接向環保署檢舉。昨晚近12時，環保署會同縣府環保局人員共同勘測，測得超標音貝（59.2），當場開單告發台電，徐國超興奮終於有機會好好睡個覺了。

　明潭發電廠廠長謝鵬洲坦承，聽久了真的感覺不舒服，他調該電廠3個月，接獲民眾陳情，已在1個月前委託檢測公司，依電廠提供的機器運轉聲音數據帶回電腦模擬試驗，提出改善方案。
