每坪百萬「裕隆城」　開發計劃通過

【郭寶懃／台北報導】新店「裕隆城」開發案離申請建照時間更靠近一步！新北市工務局指出，今日內政部營建署已通過該案主要計劃，日後細部計劃會經由新北市城鄉局審查，末端建照審查再由工務局負責。

2013年12月時，裕隆集團副董事長陳國榮透露，今年1月新店「裕隆城」開發案將要申請建照，將興建兩棟超高大樓，一棟為住宅大樓，另一棟商辦大樓，佔地1.4萬坪。據當地房仲指出，若該區住宅大樓興建完成，開價每坪上看100萬元。
