行政院不會對《通保法》提覆議

【徐珮君／台北報導】立法院昨天三讀通過《通訊保障及監察法》修正案，未來監聽限一案一票，但外傳法務部認為窒礙難行，可能請行政院提出覆議。行政院發言人鄭麗文傍晚表示，政院不會提出覆議案。

鄭麗文說，法務部評估後認為《通保法》修法內容大部分可行，只有少部分可能對犯罪偵防造成影響，法務部會蒐集基層檢警調的意見，研擬下一波修法，不會提覆議。
