百公升重油外洩　染黑潮間帶

【許逸民／澎湖報導】澎湖馬公市一家保麗龍廠，因鍋爐的油料幫浦的止筏故障，以致昨晚下班時開啟重油輸入鍋爐油槽作業不能自動停止，一直到滿油狀態後溢出，流入水溝，並順著流出到百公尺外的潮間帶，造成案山里潮間帶約0.1公頃的油污污染。
澎湖縣政府環保局表示，業者是今早9時許上班時才發現廠內約有百公升重油外洩，且流入潮間帶而主動向環保局通報。幸當時還乾潮時刻，油污還未大面積擴散入馬公港。經岸巡人員支援協助佈放180米攔油索，並以吸油棉吸附和清理油污，目前已初步控制，漲潮後影響面積約15公頃。
