內政部：至今未收到大埔案的判決書

內政部次長蕭家淇指出，截至目前為止，內政部尚未收到台中高等行政法院的判決書，也無法針對個案是否上訴進行具體研究。不少聲援大埔的民眾要求內政部放棄上訴，蕭家淇表示，將邀集內政部相關局處以及苗栗縣政府共同討論，在兼顧情理法的原則下，做出適當決定，在收到判決書20天內，內政部就必須決定。
