高鐵財改案遭封殺葉匡時請辭

交通部長葉匡時說，高鐵財務改善方案遭立法院否決，即日起請辭交通部長。

葉匡時說，97年上任至今，就把高鐵財務改善列為重點，希望徹底解決財務困境，他本會期到交委會私下多次拜會，支持財改案，但仍未能通過，迫使高鐵公司走向破產，造成全民接輸的結果，他積極努力宇各界溝通，深感遺憾。

如今他認為已經沒有什麼能再做，決定請辭，以示負責。

經六分鐘講話後，葉匡時未接受媒體訪問，直接離開會場。
