標題[請益] 關於出庭證人，能不能開口呢？

真是不好意思，第一次發文，謝謝各位的指教，所以修正。m(_ _)m 想請益大家，我該怎麼做? 12/31要從一間小工程行離職，這公司目前有一件刑事+民事的官司要打，但聽說至少要開三次庭(還是各開三次?) 1.未來我每出庭一次就會被扣全勤+當日薪，能不能跟前公司申請? 因為公司想平穩過生活賺錢，我也要過努力賺錢生活啊... 為了這件事被扣的薪水，只為了前公司想打贏官司，我不能跟主管提出ㄧ點回饋嘛？ 2.加上剛好明年是流年，臺灣習俗總是希望回避或是給點紅消晦氣.... 這樣的要求很過分嘛？請益大家ㄧ點意見，非常謝謝m(_ _)m -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 39.14.236.57
