侵入鄰居家中行竊　未得分文遭逮

【林錫淵／高雄報導】一名林姓聯結車司機（40歲），昨晚7時許，侵入鄰居透天厝家中，踹開一樓與二樓間的鋁門，到二樓意圖行竊，當時胡姓婦人（61歲）在二樓房間餵孫女吃晚飯，聽到破門聲查看，林男已上樓，胡婦問：「你要幹什麼？」林男說：「找一個姓黃的朋友」，胡婦說沒有這個人，林男竟直接到主臥室內翻箱倒櫃，胡婦嚇得抱孫子衝下樓，大喊「有人搶劫啊！」鄰居立刻報案。

警方趕到逮捕分文未得的林男，他向警方辯稱，因懷疑他的太太躲在鄰居家中，才來這找失聯許多的中國籍太太，但警方清查根本沒這回事，且胡婦與林男也不認識，研判林男是行竊失風而亂掰理由要合理化自己行為，偵訊後依竊盜罪送辦。
