【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨展出1周，身上卡了許多髒汙，今天上午將用清潔劑，2度為小鴨洗澎澎，8時許工作人員已忙進忙出，準備小鴨洗澡的用品，平台工作船和拖吊車也已就位，希望將小鴨恢復成光鮮亮麗的黃小鴨。

基隆今天已沒有下雨，但是氣溫依舊偏低，不過許多民眾不畏寒風，紛紛湧入海洋廣場，希望能一睹小鴨「濕背秀」。
