疏洩採購底標 消防主秘緩訴

台北巿消防局楊姓主任秘書涉嫌在消防鞋採購案擔任開標人時，疏失公布底價，事後向廉政署自首。北檢日前偵結，將她緩起訴。

台北地檢署公布的緩起訴書指出，楊女在今年5月15日上午10時許，擔任底價為新台幣317萬元的「102年度消防鞋採購案」開標主持人時，明知底價於開標後至決標前仍應保密，但疏未注意，而於最低標廠商的投標金為逾193萬元、低於底價80%即逾253萬元的情況下，仍公布這起採購案的底價，楊女後來依政府採購法的規定宣布保留決標，並在5月20日赴廉政署自首。

檢方審酌相關資料認定她犯案明確，涉犯洩密罪嫌，考量她無前科、自白犯行，將她緩起訴，須支付公益團體5000元罰金。
