曾勇夫去職　馬江羅第一次密會即有譜

【法庭中心／台北報導】關說案第一次官邸密會的今年8月31日當晚，總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺、總統府前副秘書長羅智強討論後，幾已決定讓法務部前部長曾勇夫去職，只是等著聽曾如何回應再出手。
 
江宜樺今天下午以證人出庭黃世銘洩密案，被問及當晚3人討論內容，江說：「總統只是轉述黃世銘報告關說案內容，沒拿文件給我看；若曾勇夫涉及關說，沒辦法澄清，曾須負起內閣的政治責任。」
 
公訴檢察官追問當晚為何沒立刻確認曾勇夫的責任？江說：「因只聽口頭報告，無法判斷是否屬實及曾會如何辯白，當天才沒決定要曾去職。」
 
至於黃世銘為何要在記者會召開前，先向馬英九報告？江說：「因已偵訊林秀濤（柯建銘上訴案的高檢署承辦檢察官），怕曝光。」再被追問特偵組既已結案，為何還怕曝光？江說：「這問題我無法回答。」
