賄選無罪定讞　簡東明籲檢調起訴謹慎

【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨籍山地原住民立委簡東明夫婦等6人，在2011年立委選舉前被控賄選，高分院今年7月判決無罪定讞。

簡東明等人今舉行記者會自清，簡說，他從政22年、歷經7次選戰都高票當選，實無賄選動機，如今，司法還予清白，呼籲檢調未來查案、起訴都須慎重。
